Founder - Solace Digital
I’ve spent much of my career at the intersection of people, technology and transformation.
For more than a decade, I worked in technology and business transformation across complex corporate, banking and government environments—analysing how businesses operate, identifying where processes break down, and designing systems that make them work better.
Later, I stepped into a very different world: I built my own coaching and transformation business.
Motive Behind Starting Solace Digital
As my coaching business grew, so did the number of people reaching out.
There were enquiries to answer, appointments to organise, people to follow up with, clients to support, payments and onboarding to manage—and an endless stream of messages across different platforms.
The more time I spent serving my clients, the less available I became to the next person who needed help.
My technology background taught me how powerful good systems can be. My coaching business taught me what those systems need to protect: human connection.
That became the foundation of Solace Digital.
